How long will my order take to arrive?

This will depend on where you are located and what delivery service you would like. When placing an order, you can select from the standard delivery services available; however, if these are not suitable and you would like another service, for example a quicker delivery, then please contact us and we can let you know what services are available for your location.

What payment can you take?

We take all major credit and debit cards, this can be found at the checkout stage.

Can you help me find an item?

Yes, we can. Just contact us via the contact us page or email (info@theantiqueshouse.com), and we will undertake a search on your behalf. Once we think we have an item that fits the bill, we will contact you with a photograph and a price of the item for you to make a decision if you would like to proceed with the purchase.

What’s the quality of the Antiques like?

Obviously, with some Antiques, they do from time to time show signs of wear and tear. If possible, we try and get trained professional restorers to bring the pieces back to life. But there are some that, alas, are beyond restoring; in these cases, this is highlighted in the description and the price of the piece.
